The headquarters of a bank includes administration facilities, offices, and staff convencies, as well as a public banking facility and an art gallery. The prominent urban site had a number of restrictions which the architect employed to create a central recess protected by a roof truss in order to shield sunlight, and to define a lozenge-shaped building grid which is carried out through most of the building spaces.
