A studio/residence for the late professor and painter which was designated as a museum in 1975 to house the artist's work and his collection of folk art. The residence occupies the front half of the ground floor. A garden wall separates it from the street; located between them is a paved and landscaped entry terrace. The studios are entered from a private side entrance or through a gallery corridor on axis with the residence. There are two studios on the ground floor. The studio/residence underwent no alterations when established as a museum.
