A single family house on a site with magnificent views, overlooking Beirut, this project was designed as a ‘winter’ house under the red tiled roof that expands out onto terraces and pergolas for the summer. The winter house is compact and energy efficient where as the summer residence opens to the breeze and landscape. Pergolas protect the large openings overlooking the beautiful views, while extending the house to embrace the landscape.
