Strategically located on an axis between the Ankara’s downtown and its new growth areas and in close proximity to the university, this project aspires to create a regional centre for the neighbouring insular, inward-looking developments. Three towers of varying heights provide offices, studio apartments and shops, allowing for both daytime and nighttime activities. The outdoor spaces in-between the buildings serve as gathering places as a plaza is provided for concerts and shows, adjacent to restaurants, cafés and a bookshop. The construction is of reinforced concrete and steel clad with local stone, with glass curtain walls. Natural ventilation is integrated in a system of openings in the facade.
