These rental rooms located in a small Muslim village accommodate female students in a family atmosphere. The single-storey building is planned around three sides of a walled garden. The accommodation of the owner, who represents a ‘mother’ figure, is in a central position, with a view of all rooms. Communal living areas are located to the right, whilst four student units, each with two or three, bedrooms are to the left. Each unit has a shared bathroom and sitting area, encouraging responsibility and cooperation between students. Ground tanks process all waste water. The facade uses reused corrugated glass-reinforced cement, contributing to its unique look.
