The three-storey mosque is a white, rectangular volume covered by a flat roof, and surrounded by a large, paved terrace. The unusual succession of an open and covered courtyard compliments the even more uncommon mihrab" which projects entirely out of the "qibla" wall and can be accessed from the exterior by means of stairs and a wooden entrance door. The minaret is placed on the eastern side of the building.
