Built in the middle of the agricultural zone, 75 km away from Dakar, the Institute integrates into the savannah landscape. It is planned as a series of buildings laid out to form a cohesive campus. The project arises like a fortress-oasis in the middle of the gardens, cultivated by the students and teachers. The Institute includes classrooms, administration block, laboratories, a library and student housing.
