Set in an industrial zone 35 kms from Tehran, the project includes a factory building for the manufacture of a building material (polystyrene panels between galvanised steel mesh) as well as an office and ancillary building. The architects employed a simple geometry of space with a steel structure and long span trusses on three rows of columns running the length of the factory. The building is clad in white metal steel/foam prefabricated panels, while the facade of the office area has double-glazed glass in aluminium framing.
