Four brothers and their families wished to live in close proximity to each other, but rather than commission a cluster of detached houses they chose to have an apartment building with an urban character. The four separate housing units are linked on two levels by cantilevered walkways. Between the houses, and between the block and the garage structure, are open spaces intended for social gatherings. The structure is concrete with timber windows and cladding.
