This building for a house construction company contains three main functions: marketing suite, management offices and client services. A central circulation spine links all the spaces, with their different characters: open, semi-open and closed. Once the building has outlived its original marketing function, it will be assigned a more general use (becoming a club-house, perhaps). The structural system incorporates steel and reinforced concrete. Other materials used include marble, basalt, wood, iron and glass.
