The two-storey hostel for bachelors is laid out around a triangular courtyard, on two sides of which the rooms are arranged in a staggered row. The courtyard's third side is occupied by the common facilities. The main entrance, preceeded by a covered porch and flanked by the two parking spaces, is placed at one point of the triangle. A slanting roof covers each of the first floor rooms and provides additional natural lighting.
