An rectangular plan office and residential building combining two types of patios: on the floors housing offices, several patios are placed on the building's perimeter and open onto the façade in the manner of suspended gardens. The uppermost residential floor displays the same feature, with four patios - one for each flat, in the center. Air conditioning has also been introduced to complement the passive climatic control devices.
