The building is divided diagonally into two, triangular wings. One contains ten floors of aparment units, the other five. The internal court contains the swimming pool and recreational area. The two wings are articulated at each floor level by pergola covered passages. The northern facade has fairly large openings, while the other exposures display smaller and recessed windows. Columns and spandrels have been externalized onto the façades so as to provide shade. The external sand coloured surfaces recall traditional Bahraini dwellings.
