The square-plan mosque is located in the centre of a garden, designed as a chahar bagh, at one corner of a cement factory site. An administration building, a restaurant and sport facilities are also situated around this garden where workers can spend their free time. The building has a reinforced concrete frame with yellow brick infills. Four concrete skylights on the roof, inspired by traditional wind catchers, symbolise the dome and four palm trees at the corners of the mosque act as minarets.
