This complex, built on a plot in the heart of the city, provides different functions envisaged by the client in a single building: a secondary school with 25 classrooms, a cultural centre with a 550-seat theatre, offices for a transport company and a private triplex roof townhouse for the owner. The building is built in exposed reinforced concrete.
