New office complex for the relocated Ministry of Finance. Located in Putra Jaya, it comprises several buildings made of reinforced concrete, and a variety of common facilities that include a multipurpose hall, theatre, library, praying hall, nursery and cafeteria. The facades are made up of spray-painted pre-cast concrete panels and bronze-tinted glazed walls. Built during the financial crisis, the building's design symbolises the need for economic autonomy, and is inspired by traditional Islamic and Malaysian architecture, notably filigree and textured walls.
