A seven-storey building designed to symbolise the co-existence of the Arab region with the Mediterranean. The structure is composed of two layers, one brick and the other glass, symbolising Arabic and European cultures respectively. Patterned marble and granite tiles adorn the floors, and mineral fiber tiles and gypsum board panels make up the ceilings of the administrative offices.
