A two-storey building containing classrooms, lecture halls, an entry pavilion, and administrative offices. The structure consists of pile foundation and the building itself is sheathed in travertine. Painted concrete and metal was chosen for the cladding of the entrance in order to provide a contrast to the travertine. A matrix of walkways, bridges, stairs, and atriums are arrayed over three floors and connect five enclosed courtyards and several exterior courtyards.
