A four-storey structure with banking functions located on the three upper floors and services on the ground floor. The building is characterized by a band of ribbon windows at the second floor level and terraces at the ground and first floor levels. The upper volume cantilevers out diagonally over the lower level. Dense vegetation is used around the stepped terraces at the ground and first floor levels.
