Restoration of an old gunpowder factory whose origin goes back to the 17th century, re-used as an educational facility housing classrooms, practice rooms, rehearsal rooms, staff rooms, a library, a concert hall, administrative rooms, social and recreational spaces. Original wooden roof elements and walls were treated and repaired using modern techniques.
