Fast-track post-earthquake housing which provides low-cost, but long-term, shelter, as an alternative to temporary solutions. Each housing unit covers 50 m2 and is set on a 64 m2 plot with a tree planted by the entrance to signify re-birth. Concrete blocks, steel structures, dry gypsum boards for non-supporting walls, and plastic window mounts were used. The project was entirely financed by donation funds.
