Temporary housing for the victims of the August and November 1999 earthquakes. Units are based on 21 m2 containers, organised and adapted as housing, workshops, classrooms, and shops. The complex serves 60'000 people and is planned to be used as student hostels once permanent housing is available, after May 2001.
