The court complex provides space for 52 courts, administration offices and a detention center. The building is square in plan and has a sky-lit courtyard in its center. The courtrooms are all double-height. The double-height allows for two levels of offices around the perimeter of the inner court. It is a stone clad concrete frame structure.
