This project comprises a mosque for 4'000 worshippers, exhibition areas, a meeting and conference room, a library and documentation centre, an 800 seat multi-purpose auditorium, and a cafeteria. Walls are built in concrete and the prayer hall roof has a steel structure whose shape is inspired by traditional wooden roofs. Source: Aga Khan Trust for Culture
