An office building accommodating two separate occupants: the Securities Commission (closed to the public), and the Industry Development Corporation, which is open. The design focuses on the imperatives involved in housing these two programmes, as well as natural ventilation and lighting to minimise running costs and energy consumption. The building is built of concrete and steel with glass façades.
