The design is an attempt to incorporate traditional material and elements and to re-interprete them into a contemporary language. The construction of the house was carried out in load-bearing bricks and reinforced concrete for roof slabs. Custom-made brick was used as external cladding. Shades were provided over windows to block out the summer sun.
