A multi-purpose complex occupied by various government offices in the province of Al Jufrah. The structures are white cube-like buildings - 7.2 square metres each - based on cast-in-situ concrete. The external walls are constructed as cavity walls with thermal insulation in order to reduce energy consumption, and double glazed tinted glass further attenuates direct sunlight. The floors are a mixture of black and white marble, and green granite was used in the Congress Hall.
