The different functions are organized on a trapezoidal site as follows: the residential areas, are located to the south and southeast. The main accommodation consists of one-storey units arranged in clusters. A mosque and an elementary school are situated on the western edge of the residential area. Offices, a training centre and workshops are adjacent to the residential facilities and, to the east are the communal facilities area which includes a community center, a swimming pool, a hostel, and a motel. All buildings are one- to two-storeys and are characterized by rectilinear volumes except the communal buildings where cylindrical and oblique elements are found.
