The project comprises six distinct zones:

1. an eight-storey office block containing three open courtyards;
2. five cubical television studios;
3. technical film offices on two floors;
4. a sprawling four-storey circulation and service building;
5. an 860-seat theatre; and
6. a freestanding TV tower surmounted by a polyhedron structure containing a restaurant.
The structural frame is of reinforced concrete, while the panel roof and floor slabs were pre-cast in-situ.
