Four building sites, each standard rectangular lots (750-1000 m2) have been developed in Kuwait. Three contain single family residences. One contains four separate townhouses that share a communal garden and plumbing/heating/sewage facilities. The use of geometric spatial and structural modules was employed in each residence. Buildings materials have been restricted to either brick or stone. Three buildings have brick façades, while one is plastered. Each residence has garden areas in addition to pools or courtyards.The structural system of three of the four buildings is a concrete frame, cast in-situ, with brick or cement block infill. The fourth building has cement block bearing walls, plastered on both sides.
