The project with capacity of 702 beds is the result of an intensive study and survey of regional architectural elements, forms and functions. The complex is comprised of two distinct areas: the common facilities and the private houses. The former, consisting of a restaurant, offices and shops, is arranged around an open-air theatre and is situated on a flat open area with direct access to the sea. The structural system is a mixture of concrete frame and load-bearing concrete block walls. The facades are rendered in rough plaster. Decorative wooden elements are used on the balconies, stairways, and for horizontal and vertical sunscreens.
