A training school for design and for information technology, the main structural components were already in place for the construction of administrative offices, a project that was abandoned. The architects added an upper floor and adapted the entire structure as a demonstration of "smart" technology. The ground floor contains a large entrance hall that leads to a narrow garden flanking the long building, as well as administrative offices; classrooms are located on the upper two floors, along with two multipurpose halls. The stairwells are conceived as gathering areas for the students, and the upper-floor terrace and kitchen provide for outdoor gatherings and classes.
