On a hereditary site in a small densely-populated riverside town, the single-family home contains a basement with technical services and a workshop, and the ground floor serves as the owner’s office. The kitchen and living rooms are located on the first floor that also contains a bedroom; the uppermost floor contains three bedrooms. The reinforced-concrete beam and slab structure features a large double-height portal on the front façade that gives views to a nearby 12th century church; the recessed windows of the portal allow for an outdoor balcony giving views onto the village. Concrete blocks are used for infill walls.
