For a couple with two young children, the private residence is designed with a private, blind façade on the street; inside, the family rooms open to a garden at the rear. Bedrooms are located on the upper floor; a large kitchen in the basement supplements a smaller one on the ground floor. The structure is a reinforced concrete frame with double walls of clay bricks with insulating cork between. The main living area features an extended wood-clad fireplace wall that screens the service areas behind it. The site is enclosed by high privacy walls and features three gardens: a “mineral” garden at the entrance, a swimming pool on the side, and a green-landscaped garden at the rear.
