Capital Enterprise Building is a mixed-use commercial building comprising shopping mall, retail, restaurants, offices, multipurpose halls, and parking. The building is exceptional to the local standards in every way. It has the deepest underground structure in Gaza for this building type. It has the first local multi-layered fenestration designed specifically for climate control. And more importantly, it contains the largest shopping court in Gaza that is open through four stories. The concept also included interior design solutions for the shopping corridors and the office corridors to increase the daylighting in the interior spaces and to improve the internal and external views.
