Qatar Foundation Headquarters

The Qatar Foundation Headquarters building is the main office space of the Qatar Foundation, a non-profit organization specializing in education, research, and community development. It was designed by Rem Koolhaas and his architectural firm OMA. Construction began in 2012 and the building was completed in 2017.

The headquarters building is in the shape of a cube with two piled sections meant to resemble two stacked volumes. It is 57 meters tall and has over 29,000 square meters of office space. Its façade is made of precast white concrete continuously punctuated by windows.
