- Şeyh Necmettin Kümbeti is in the Erzen Hatun Graveyard in the Ergezen neighborhood of Ahlat. According to the epitaph inscription, it was built by Şeyh Necmettin in 1222/619 AH. It was restored by the General Directorate for Foundations (Vakıflar Genel Müdürlüğü) between 1966 and 1967.
The tomb has a square base measuring 5.17 by 5.18 meters. Its portal is framed by a muqarnas hood with an inscription below. It is unique among the other kümbets of Ahlat in that it is covered by a pyramidal roof rather than the typical cylindrical form.
