The synagogue is part of a complex of three synagogues including the Jima'ati and Buzurg Synagogues. The Mulla Rabi' Synagogue consists of a rectangular prayer hall that is fully lit by several octagonal skylights. The building is in good shape and no renovations have been carried out.
