Three synagogue complex: Jima’ati, Bozorg, Molla Rabi
Isfahan, Iran
These three synagogues were constructed most probably in late Qajar age. The architect was Hajj Mahmud Shuja (most probably a Muslim). The synagogue was a waqf building and its construction was funded by the local Jewish community but the land was donated by three families: Bipurat, Yu Matub, and Zakariya'i. These three synagogues share a corridor that lead to three entrances/doors to these three synagogues.
