Wanting to provide both her children each with a single and separate unit in the future, the client also wanted a simple project on the plot of 312 m2 with a unique exterior design. Accordingly, a three-storey building belonging to a couple and their children (a son and a daughter) designed in a way that it could develop from home to apartments was built. Taking building height and width proportions into account, the building was designed as a square with a crack on it converting it into a sculpture emerging from the street. Respect for passers-by, an old Iranian tradition, is shown by the slight lean backwards at ground level.
