The Headquarters consists of two seven-floor office towers with an opaque central building housing a conference hall, amphitheatre and a multi-purpose room. Its design incorporates international standards regarding environmental equipment and technology for sustainable architecture, and offers a modern and friendly workspace. The double-skin structure on the towers of steel, glass, and greenery on the façades exposed to the sun creates a buffer allowing both soundproofing and thermal insulation of the buildings. The project was entirely designed and built by local firms, which helped highlight the willingness to resort to local skills for an independently rewarding engineering in emerging countries.
