The project consists of two residences, with identical programs in a shared building, and a guest house. The site is divided symmetrically along its longitudinal axis which is long, narrow, and rectangular. Three open courts separate the two buildings. The two residences are contained in a U-shaped structure raised on pilotis. Opposite and separated by a central court, is the guesthouse which contains six rooms.
