This building is the first phase of an educational building 22,500 m2) constructed at YTU Davutpaşa Campus. The vista is dominated by the height of the reused historic Davutpaşa Military Barracks’ height. New building, with its courtyards, is occurring in an area where existing trees are preserved. The three floors of the school contain academic offices, classrooms, laboratories, a library, cafeteria, and garage .
