The building serves the dual purpose of providing a cultural center in a residential area, and the restoration and preservation of a house and garden from the 1920s. The house is a two-storey block built of mud brick and masonry supported by wood tension beams and thick bearing walls. The interventions and restoration are planned as unobtrusively as possible.
