The center was designed to include a mosque, a kindergarten, a library, a pharmacy, and housing units.
The space east of the mosque is alloted for a garden. The garden, approached from the main entrance, has a trees which help in cooling the area on hot days in addition to the contribution in the beautification and environmental improvements.
