This project is situated near Foiz Lake at Pahartali, Chittagong, on a eight acre site. It is a 100-bed hospital. This project has two parts:
- the hospital, containing five buildings, which are used for operation theatre, general patient bed, kitchen and store, and outdoor patient.; and
- a residential part containing five buildings, and used one for doctors and staff.
All the buildings are two-storey concrete frame structure with brick ceramic cladding.
