The community center has been designed as a multi-functional center for cultural use and public facilities. Amongst other things it includes a theatre with 600 seats, conference rooms for major events, space for exhibitions, a library, and several shopping opportunities. The plaza in front of the main entrance is covered by a wooden roof construction.
