The college is situated on a 2.4 acre site in the middle of the sprawling township of Subang Jaya. The program demanded that the building be configured into four separate wings of two and three floors. The long and narrow site strongly influenced the massing of the college, creating two narrow courtyards between the pairs of wings, with the lecture hall and canteen blocks closing off both ends.
A three-floor atrium around which the circulation is arranged is the main focus of the building and acts as a meeting point for the students. The two cloistered courtyards were conceived quite differently: one being more rigid to cater to formal outdoor events and the other quite loose for students to mill around, study or relax.
