Located in the free zone of Penang, this complex spans across a 1000 foot frontage on the highway to Bayan Lepas airport. It has undergone tremendous growth since its implementation in 1972. The complex adopted a modular grid of 9x9m for flexibility in arrangement and planning. The modular grid was reflected in the articulation of the façade with the interplay of aluminium channel groove lines, square punctuations and blue curtain wall.
