The university library is based on a square plan with a large, central open space through the building. The entrance to the library is also used for graduation ceremonies and festivals. Most of the internal area is open, but there are 12 three-person rooms for private study space. The basic construction system is a reinforced concrete skeleton with fair-faced brick cladding.
